DESCRIPTION:
Prevention and treatment of coccidiosis and bacterial in Poultry.
Amprolium
Amprolium is a coccidiostat (antiprotozoal) used for the treatment and prevention of coccidiosis in calves, goats, sheep, chickens (broilers and breeders) and other fowl such as turkeys, with activity against Eimeria spp,, Especially Eimeria tenella and Eimeria necatrix. lt is a thiamine (Vitamin B1) analogue and its pharmacological effect relies on competitive inhibition of thiamine uptake. Amprolium competitively inhibits the active transport of thiamine in isloated second-generation schizonts ot Eimeria spp. And in host intestinal cells. Upon ingestion of amprolium, the coccidian experience thiamin deficiency and starve from malnutrition.
Furaltadone.
This nitrofuran derivative is well absorbed after oral administration. its use is largely in treatment of poultry where it is used to treat salmonellosis, coli-bacillosis, caecal coccidiosis, infectious synovitis and blackhead. Treatment is for a maximum of 5 days, after which side- effects, including depression of appetite and growth, may be seen.

Indications:
Amprolium.
An Antiprotozoal agent
Coccidiostatic.
Highly effective in enteric coccidiosis.
Active against schizonts of development coccidian
Furaltadone.
A nitrofuran derivative.
Effective in E.coli infections, Salmonellosis & Coliacillosis
Active against  both Gram negative and Gram positive pathogens.
Therefore the combination of both Amprolium and Furaltadone  makes amidiofas an ideal choice in the prevention and treatment of coccidiosis ,enteritis and bacterial infection in poultry and livestock.

Dosage And Use poultry
100 g in 200-400 liter drinking water for 5-7 Days or (2500 chicken of 5 weeks of age or 1500 chicken of 10 weeks of age or 800 layers, pullets)
Prevention:
50 g in 200 liter drinking water for 3-4 consecutive days. Dosage for other animal than poultry on special advice only.

STORAGE
Store in cool and dry place, protect from light.
Keep out of reach of Children.
