DESCRIPTION:
Oxyclozanide is a salicylanilide anthelmintic. It is used in the treatment and control of fascioliasis in ruminants mainly domestic animals such as cattle, sheep, and goats. It mainly acts by uncoupling of oxidative phosphorylation in flukes.
Selenium deficiency in cattle. Selenium (Se) is now recognised as an essential trace element for ruminants. It is required in cattle for normal growth and fertility and for helping to prevent other health disorders such as mastitis and calf scours.
Cobalt compounds are used in the prevention and treatment of cobalt deficiency diseases in all food producing species. In ruminants and horses, cobalt administered via the diet is finally incorporated into vitamin B12 by the microorganisms of rumen and caecum.
INDICATION:
Oxyfen-CS Drench is indicated for the treatment and control of chronic fasciollasis, mature & developing immature gastro intestinal round worms, tape worms, lung worms in cattle, sheep & goat .It is ovicidal against nematodyrus eggs. Selenium & Cobalt provides additional supplement to improve animal performance.
