DISCRIPTION:
Colistin sulfate is an antibiotic polypeptide which possesses activity mainly against Gram negative bacteria and in veterinary medicine is used orally for the treatment or prevention of enteritis in production animals.

INDICATIONS:
Collifas Water Soluble Powder for oral treatment of diseases caused by gram negative bacteria especially E.coli, Salmonella, Pseudomonas and Proteus in Poultry, Calves and Lambs.

DOSAGE(Poultry):
1 gram/ 12 liters of drinking water twice daily for 4~5 days.
(Calves and Lambs):
40,000 I.U. per Kg, Body Weight twice daily for 3-4 days.
SAFETY:
The medicated water should be used With in 24 hours.
STORAGE:
Store below 30 °C away from direct sunlight
keep out of reach children.
This Medicine Should be used according to veterinary doctor advice.
